What about TAIPC power system?

TAIPC IDC use Whatsup network management system, IBM Tivoli Netview network monitoring system to monitor all the equipment in the data center, if a server fails, the monitoring system will issue alerts, technology engineer will be immediately processed.

How to deal with the server when the customer need to restart?

What can I do when my server down in colocation?

TAIPC IDC provide 7 * 24-hour monitoring service, when the discovery server down, technical staff will inform you in the first time, including the use of any means of communication , and work with you to take urgent measures. Try our best to restore the normal operation of the server as soon as possible.

Do customer need to do regular maintenance in the engine room?

As we ensure that the server can remotely login to the premise, customers can generally be a remote server management. In case the server can not remotely log in, you can contact our on-site IDC technical customer service for processing. Commonly used windows remote management software that comes with a remote terminal server.

My company is located in Shenzhen, can I put the server hosted in Tianjin, TAIPC IDC.Then how can I maintain and manage the device?
